What is the minimum amount of order?
There is no minimum amount. We will send you as much as you order, even one pack of tea.
What is the shipping price?
Shipping via parcel machine costs 2 euro per order. If there is no parcel machine in your city or you want delivery to your door, please contact us by email: labas@kiras.lt, or by phone: 860047200 and together we will find the best delivery method for you.
How long does it takes to get the goods?
Delivery via parcel machines usually takes 1-3 working days. We start to proceed any order just after receiving the money to our accounts.
If for any reason within 3 days you do not receive ordered goods and have not been informed about the possible delay, please contact us by mail: labas@kiras.lt and we will try to rectify mistakes or to find lost package.
What do I do if I received a damaged package?
If you received a damaged package, be sure to take a picture of it and please contact us immediately.
